    SCAM. I would give this less than one star if possible. I ordered two air purifiers from this company, and upon receiving them decided that they were not what I had expected. I followed instructions to return the items and was refunded the money pretty quickly. (However, I had to pay significantly to ship them from ******** to **********).However, about a month later my bank account was charged $39.99 by a third party. When I phoned them I was told by a customer service rep that when I ordered the air purifiers I had signed up for some subscription "Mystery Box", where I'd be charged $39.99 a month and receive a $50 voucher to use on their products. "****" agreed to cancel the subscription, but with no refund for the $39.99 charge. I checked my original order confirmation, and there was no reference to any "subscription" for "Mystery Box". I called back, spoke with a different customer service rep and was told that the "subscription" is mentioned "in the terms and agreements in the order". But no written confirmation could be provided.This rep placed me on a brief hold and came back to say that the third party ("the subscription") agreed to refund me 50 percent. But, I had to state understanding that there would be no further options for refund. I accepted it, thinking a refund of $20 was better than nothing, but I also made it known that I would file a complaint (or "review") with Better Business Bureau as well as my bank.I will probably not receive any further remedy, but I hope that my story will help support other stories about how this company scams people.

    We were going to order something from this company. Changed our minds after entering our credit card information. They withdrew $38.98 from our account 6 times and also credited it back all 6 times. They used the following names for withdrawals:Modernize Modern Tech It seems like they are trying to scam accounts or possibly trying to see if they can hack someone's account. BE CAREFUL OF THOSE TO SITES.

    SCAMMERS! I found out this company goes by three different names and possibly four. I never received my order and two additional unauthorized charges were added to my card by different companies. A third charge tried to go through but was stopped. All the companies 'appear' to originate in **********. If I could I would give it ZERO stars, I would. The contact e-mail address I sent an email to was non-deliverable. The phone number, no answer. Immediately cancelled my credit card and filed fraudulent charges to my cc company. All the amounts they ended up charging me will be credited to my account on a temporary basis and within 90 days the fraud **** will have done their investigation into the matter.

    Purchased an item from them. In their ad the item was misrepresented. Returned item and was given a full refund. EModern Tech did not tell me I was also signed up for some other buying plan @ ***** a month. That never hit till long after the refund. I disputed the charge with BoA only after E Modern **************** told me I would get a refund in a week (never happened). Contacted their **************** again, the person was rude, told me it was closed and hung up on me.*** took the side of the merchant and when notifying me did not even include my full statement to them.

    Like the previous reviews I ORDERED A $** item. Was billed for that plus $*** for I don't know what. There isn't a harsh enough word to describe these low life's that operate fraudulently the way they do. Too bad there isn't some way to eradicate these scum bags.Why are they rated even a one star ?

    I was immediately sorry that I didn't check BBB before I ordered the globe aircraft. This company scammed me for close to $50, which included $8,99 shipping fees. Couldn't reach them at the listed phone number. I sent them an email and received a reply, which said that there had been a problem in the shipping. Then they sent an email telling me that the product had been reordered with a different order number and that I would receive a tracking number within a few days. That didn't happen. I notified my bank with all the relevant information. Their listed addresses are bogus and house other businesses. They use several different business names to bill the credit card or debit card. The day after I ordered, which was when I realized they were scammers, I immediately cancelled my cards and ordered new ones. The former reviews of these guys let me know that they would charge for other nonexistent products. BEWARE! I would give a zero star review if that were available.

    I purchased flex vision glasses 11/24/23, received on 12/2/23. When the charge went through, the receipt showed a charge an additional cost for "VIP Club Membership" that I did not authorize. The phone number is busy on the Flex Vision site when trying to call it. Received verification email for glasses, but they sent also ear cleaner that I already purchased elsewhere some time this year. The product is a false advertisement that should be removed from the tv screens or any other place advertised. It is non functional and in bad condition upon arrival. If there is a class action lawsuit set up for this seemingly for profit only company, I want to add my complaint to it. I want to be refunded the $48.98 for the vision glasses, plus the additional charge of $9.89 for the **** that I didnt order.

    There are several charges to my bank account for the same item, a plug-in space heater. I need that money...these unwarranted charges have negatively affected my balance. I must receive a cumulative credit immediately. Thank you.*************************
