- All items are made to order. Returns or exchanges due to the wrong size being ordered is not allowed. All sales are final except for any defective or material items that may be flawed. In this case, you have 14 calendar days from day of delivery to shipping address, to exchange for exact same item, (same color, size, style, etc.) Prior to any and all exchanges, you must email us at [email protected] to obtain authorization and shipping or delivery instructions. You will receive written authorization, once you receive this, the item must be received within 14 calendar days to us. Items returned requesting exchange or refund without prior written approval, voids any and all refunds and/or exchanges being requested. You must include your order number with all emails you send us and/or when you call.
