  Absolutely the worst experience. My 30 year IT person due to cancer is no longer in business. I had an issue so Googled and found this company. He came in and fixed the issue for $497 which I paid for the service he did. I was not quoted a fee and a bit surprised a less than 2 hours of work. But happy to have issue resolved so paid. He set up remote control on our server and "suggested" we have a maintenance contract. I stated we have never done that. I need service, you fix it, bill me, I pay you. Speaking to a few friends that night (also business owners) they all said why a monthly service fee. I contacted him the following day and again said I do not want a service agreement. He billed my credit card. June 2nd suddenly we had issues again and I could no longer sign on to my server. I called 5 times, texted and emailed and no response until 8:30 pm. My last email I said are you mad I do not want monthly service? I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I received no service for the $243 he charged me. This seemed to a sign of the kind of service I would receive. When he received the dispute details this week then he sent nasty emails that I must reverse the dispute immediately. He then proceed to go onto my server **************** and sabotage my server. I will not pay for services I did not receive and was unable to get a response from him. This week it took hours to get back up and running. As we were attempting to fix what he had done he knocked us out 3 times. He accessed our server without permission and sabotaged it. Stay away from this guy.

  This dishonest client is nothing but a thug running a dis honest business full of no integrity , entered in a contract of 18 months of support with our GTron *** when her business was offline and was desperate for immediate help.. we rushed and her helped .. she made a payment and attempted calling the bank to steal our work by trying to stop 1st payment on the check she paid ** 24 hours after she received her work (our bank called ** ) then she called her ************ and filed a dispute to retrieve the binding contract money ol dubbed as no services received , where in fact all was delivered successfully and Up to code .. this client ******** CHIROPRACTOR HEALTH CENTER of ****** on Appian way ****** ** ***** is a bunch of thugs and illiterate .. beware and do not work or do business or even get adjusted there if their practices are such with vendors you can expect same as a patient .... thugs they steal your work , your money and ***** you on top , she waited couple of days to make sure shes completely operational and stable in business then filed a charge back trying get their money back ***** is a thief She has nothing to do with chiropractic business She is currently trying to run a business a inherited from her late husband , her Yelp reviews and reputation are 1 star and her reputation is below zero This business signed a support contract then refused to pay , used our long hours in her initial major problem C8000 network issues which was different than the printing and mapping , maintained all her pcs( what a thief) agreed to sign the plan then hit with a nasty lowest charge heck a sign of theft ti our work dubbing her actions that no services received a thug beyond thugs We have rebuttaled her lies with all needed documentations and photos and dated materials proving shes a thief and went ahead and proceeded with a lien and legal action to drag her to *********************** with damages fir the life of the contract and its FULL amount Shes also fabricating lies about intruding in her server, saying we attempted getting in without proof we made a mistake believing her and helping her when she was desperate for help but after she used our help she turned back and hit us leaving us shocked to receive her dispute We will see her in court early next months .. she will be prepared to disburse damages Unfortunately theres still thugs and thieves in this world .

  Outstanding honest and beyond professional service .. they helped our real estate office in rodeo and setup the sever then networked all mapped drives to all our staff efficiently .. reasonable price wise but they did what the other guys whom were used to help us and failed drastically We signed a support plan
