    I have ordered from them multiple times and while shipping may take over 2 weeks I always got the product I ordered. The product really helps me get a better sleep. I will be heartbroken if they have gone out of business

    Yikes. I ordered something from them, it's been weeks and it hasn't been sent. They didn't respond to my email follow-up (the email provided on the website) and the phone number is disconnected. I would stay far away. I think they stole my money and don't intend to send me the product. Unless I get a refund (how do I even request one?) I am tempted to believe that this is a fake company.

    IF anyone reads this please DO NOT order anything from this company! I ordered prodcuct over a month ago and still have not received anything. I tried to call thier "customer service" line and the outgoing message is that this is an invalid number!! They STOLE my $$ from me,..DO NOT be another ****** I would leave ZERO stars,..but that option is NOT available

    I have tried numerous times to contact this company regarding a product that I had purchased from them. The phone number they have listed as their business phone (the number listed on this BBB site) is invalid - non working. I've email them as well and get an auto generated message with no real response.Searching their business address I found a picture and it appears like a mechanics shop! BUYER BEWARE
