    I have tried numerous products before purchasing ASOX9. Some helped somewhat, but fell short of the desired results. ASOX9 seems to work better than the others I tried and customer support is great. I am a happy customer!

    The only reason this isn't a one star review is that the support team is very responsive and, I believe, trying to be helpful. Unfortunately, the Alpha Elite Gaming Keyboard + Mouse that I purchased was unreliable; they frequently were unresponsive and/or responding sporadically. I tried all of the troubleshooting that the support team suggested, nothing helped. I got a replacement, and went through the same process, still unreliable. I am now requesting a second replacement, after my request for a refund was denied. If you decide to buy this product, I strongly encourage you to test it thoroughly soon upon receipt and ask for a refund if it isn't working for you, so that you don't miss the window for a refund. Perhaps I will eventually get a set that works, though I don't know how many replacements I'll have to get before that day comes.

Our customer service immediately responded and offered to replace the product, but sad to say, we did not receive your confirmation until February 2023. We apologize if the replacement item did not help resolve your problem with the keyboard.We acknowledge that your request for a full refund is beyond this timeframe. However, in exceptional cases like yours, we are willing to make an exception. We will process a free replacement (a wired mechanical keyboard) that will resolve your previous problem with the keyboard.     Their formula works for me VERY WELL and their latest product is no joking matter either. As long as they keep making such great products I will be a loyal customer

    Customer service Rep was great. It is too bad that you can't order anything but the Asox9 product online. Since I was well stocked with Asox9 and needed another supplement it was impossible to order and I had to take up the time of a Rep for what should have been a very easy transaction.

    I Googled best keyboards of 2022 an the Alpha Elite came up first so I ordered it an the ad said it came with a 20% discount but I wasn't sure if the discount applied to my order, than I checked my email and an actual person emailed me to offer any assistance I might need an to say thank you for ordering. I was completely blown away! So I responded and asked about the 20% to which they politely responded was already applied; basically I didn't do the math because I'm am idiot!! I would 1000% order from them again, as a matter of fact after I post this review im going to order a mouse from them!! I'll recommend them to anybody who will listen!
