***** . This company was charging me ***** for 8 months without my permission. I was informed by my bank that they see this charge often from this company. After contacting ********** to inform them that I did not authorize this charge, The customer service representative wanted me to exchange points for shoes. This is ridiculous. You refunded the $50 and then now I have a counter claim for that on my account. I swear to god, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a shop. If I don't get my money back will get all of the other angry customers together to *** this company and take it down for good. Stop scamming people, it's so awful... I'm literally poor and trying to afford Christmas presents for my family. I need that $50 :(ShoeDazzle.com

Honestly, this company *****. You guys just keep scamming everyone over and over again. Shame on you. I just checked and you charged me an extra $50 a while later. Give me my money back or I'm going to get a lot of angry people together and *** you and get this bs company taken down. Just to clarify, the charges you saw were a result of our VIP membership. Your VIP membership was activated on 10/19/22 during your purchase of the EMYR FLAT BOOT. During checkout, we offer two checkout options: regular and VIP. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount off your first order, as well as special pricing, free shipping, and other perks on future orders. However, it does activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $49.95 a month, which turns into $49.95 of store credit to be used on future purchases.
Your $49.95 member credit has been refunded, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect. I have also cancelled your membership, you will no longer be billed. Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

Do not sign up for this site. You will be wrongfully charged every month even if you hit the "skip this month" button. I have made previous attempts to receive refund/remove my account and am offered credit instead. Have made attempts to remove payment method, but have had zero luck on removal. Recently agreed to payment pause through shoedazzle as of October and was charged double this coming month. Do not sign up unless you want your ability to pay bills to be affected. While they offer credit to purchase product, there is zero way for credit to cover cost of overall aggravation. Credit honestly should cover cost of product and shipping. 12 credits in total unauthorized despite attempts to have the amounts returned with zero luckShoeDazzle.com

Our skip the month process is a two step process, first, selecting "skip the month" and then confirming. You will then receive an email stating you have successfully skipped the month. My apologies if this was missed, our site team will be notified.
I see your membership was successfully cancelled, you will no longer need to skip the month or be billed. I've also gone ahead and refunded you the 10 credits that were on your account, totalling $439.50. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear. I had purchased a pair of boots at $24.98. Upon receiving them they did not fit and they did not have the shoe in the size needed so I opted for a different style. That style did not fit either. I contact customer service and was helped by a lady stating the size picked out with no doubt would fit me. I confirmed the sizing and she assured me. Well, the boot was still small. I decided not to go back and forth after 3 attempts. During these transactions I'm not being refunded the difference. I finally just request my money back. They don't want to refund for shipping (fine) but at first tried to low ball me by stating that they'd only refund me for $11 because that is what the original price is for the shoes at the time. This company is a rip off and predatory with their misleading prices. You do not have customers pay a specific amount and return your products and not refund their amount they paid into the product and keep the difference. I end up talking to a manager who stated I'd be refunded the full $24.98 and confirmed twice. He told me 4-6 business weeks! I returned the shoes on September 24th... it's November 10th. Call in to be told I will only be receiving a check for $16 and some change. Instead of it being refunded to my original form of payment and it took no time for them to take the money out of my account. I worked for a major shoe company and honestly they way they do business is questionable. I'm definitely not buying from them EVER and will be letting whoever mentions buying to take heed. I don't see how this company hasn't been sued already! Please do better.ShoeDazzle.com

It's been nothing but a headache dealing with shoedazzel, unhelpful workers sending you back and fourth just absolutely ridiculous this is my first and last time shopping with them i ordered 3 pairs of shoes only one pair fit i send them back for new sizes i received them a week later and now only one pair fits mind you i ordered them all the same size... one heel in a size 9 fit like a 6 but the other pair also in a size 9 fit perfectly so i send them back again to not even receive them i contacted shoe dazzle they made me wait 3 days to see if it was going to be delivered and it wasn't they refunded me store credit and 50% off but i can't even use the 50% off i was told because it's already discounted.... But that's the whole point in the membership 30% off so why give me 50% that i can't even useShoeDazzle.com

I understand the membership platform and generally have no issues with it and understand that if you don't skip you will get charged. That's fine. However over a year ago I had to contact support several times over issues with checkouts, redeeming credits, multiple charges on my card all of which were incorrect, so I cancelled my account with 3 credits left. I thought maybe in the future I would use them, as I have spent hundreds and placed many orders with this company previously (and the exchange to CAD hurts). But I looked again after over a year and have 0 interest in any of the products. Due to their ToS they are absolutely not willing to budge or negotiate a refund of credits (3 credits is over $150CAD at the moment) so I'm either forced to order ugly products I don't want or they get to hold my unspent money hostage. I'm just frustrated by their TOS not allowing any flexibility or understanding towards clients who otherwise have been loyal and consistent in their spending. If after so long someone still doesn't want your product, you should allow a refund even if it isn't standard policy.ShoeDazzle.com

I have 3 credits meaning 3 full payments of $39.95, being withheld from me making a purchase. I've been trying to spend my hard working money for the past 6 weeks. These people are unable to help me and or they'll just simply hang up the phone on me. They are confusing a closed 2015 account, with my new since 2019 account. They charge you $49.95 which you get in VIP "points" But when you actually go to the end of check out, every time it goes from 49.95 to only $34.98 without explanation plus you're paying the charge of shoes and shipping. They basically steal almost 15$ and then claim you're getting such a great discount. I'm gonna pay now 25$ on shoes I can get anywhere in the store for the same price and then cancel and just take the hit of 50$ in bogus VIP points. WHAT A SCAM. That is 75$ you're paying on a pair of shoes. DONT DO IT.ShoeDazzle.com
