    I have never had an issue with stamps.com in the 10 years our business has been using them. Today was the first time I've ever had to call them, and the issue was resolved quickly, with ******* being helpful and friendly. I have had to apply for refunds from misprinted stamps several times, and that was also handled efficiently. I highly recommend them

    The worst service and product ever! We were recommended a printer for an account, when we received it, the system did not work. So we had to pay to send it back and get a different system. When we received the second machine, the machine itself didnt work, and in order to send it back we had to pay for it. Absolutely horrendous customer service where we had to wait for hours on a call and we had to pay to ship something back that didnt work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY If I could give it 0 stars I would...1 seems to be too high

    Have been using Stamps.com for several years with no major hiccups! What few contacts with support staff that I have had have been with friendly and helpful people, and my issues were resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Postage savings is an important factor, but convenience and ease of use has been more important to me.

    I'm a seasonal Christmas business, so it's nice to work with a company that understands your needs and is always there to provide support when needed. I always get a live person on the phone, which is rare these days. Email support is pretty quick to respond. Anyone that I've ever spoke with is ******************* and super friendly. Being seasonal, I have to turn off/on my account, which they are always great about.
