    I was trying to print stamps and received a message that my credit card had expired spent an hour trying to update my account but kept receiving message that I couldn't update it. Called for assistance and the young lady took care of it in less than 2 minutes. Well done!

    I signed up with Stamps.com about two years ago. The website had no indication that there would be a monthly. After signing up, they started charging me $20 per month with no notification that I was being charged. I would have canceled the service if I would have known. After noticing the charges on my credit card, I contacted stamps.com and the most they were willing to reimburse me was 3 months of fees. This was a scam. I was not notified at all how much the service costs and how much I am being charged. When I called, they failed to take responsibility for their deceptive practices. This is unacceptable.

    **************** was very polite and patient, as I fumbled thru the process. I have never had a bad experience with Stamps.com.     I fail to really see any savings from using your stamps and buying them from the post office. True, I am saving $.03 per stamp, but when I also have to purchase the sheet of stamps as well, where is the savings?
