This place scammed me. I used them to get a weight loss med. They charge me then tell me I have to pay more because it need a prior auth for the meds. so i pay for that. they said they sent it. ive talked to my insurance company 3x and the pharmacy and they said no they have not. they took my money and did NOTHING FOR ME! DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM. They will lie and say they did things and they didnt. so im here out all the money will no meds still. DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY! It's literally impossible to get ahold of ANYONE on the phone and the doctors are super flaky. I repeated asked them to change my pharmacy because Rite Aid does not stock follistim *** I needed it sent to an online pharmacy so I could afford it better. I explained why I couldn't change it as the app won't let me and though the app says it was sent to Rite Aid I checked and they haven't received ANYTHING. The nurse practitioner I am assigned to. She never responds to her messages. I have not gotten any response from her. On Thursday July 13,2023I submitted for a prescription to be filled to my nurse practitioner. She approves it and its still pending as July 15, 2023. I called my pharmacy and they said they have not received the prescription. I have called push health and messaged the nurse practitioner. No response from her or push health. I have called and emailed. Sent messages and no one has gotten back to me. I should have gotten back to me with a resolution. I have seen some complaints where they waited 2 weeks and I am not waiting that long. I want my prescription. I have 1 dose left and I need my prescription.Business Response

***************************ates from the pharmacy I reached out again to see what the status was. ****** told me that she cannot cancel the order at this time because the medication is already being processed. I then reached out to push support because I believed ****** was purposefully being lackadaisical and deceptive. **** contacted her and she gave a different reason for not being able to cancel. Push essentially dismissed my concern for her being dishonest and told me theres nothing they can do. I reached out to the pharmacy and they were able to confirm that they CAN cancel the order, and that they havent received payment from the provider! I have since contacted push and ****** requesting my refund since I was told if the pharmacy could cancel the order I would get my money back but have not heard back from them. I basically caught the provider lying trying to retain profit. This is unacceptable. Please make this right.Business Response

I would like a refund. I spoke to a doctor and was prescribed a medication. It was send to to preferred pharmacy, but needs to be authorized by the doctor. I have sent the doctor 2 messages and have heard nothing. Prescription was sent 7-8-23 and I sent 2 follow up messages on 7-11-23z I would like my prescription to be authorized or a refund.Business Response

They charged for services I didnt receive. The lab was out of business they charge me $151. For that. Then charged $75. For ozempic prescription that they never sent. And had me fill out huge questionnaire that had all my personal information and more. Then after that they ghost you!!Business Response

I paid $145 to push they claim the prescription was filled yet ********* said they did not receive and said it must be sent again. I get no response from push just an email telling ********* how to look for it. Which is no help they say to contact push. My dob 02/29/1964.Business Response
