    This company has sent me something other then I ordered and I have sent 3 emails trying to get a response or something and they have not even made any attempts to contact me. Guess I'm s*** out of luck with 5 filters that don't fit my fridge

    I placed an order for 5 filters on February 28. My order was delivered on March 3. I have ordered these exact filters, in the past, from MoreFilter, which is the same company as GlacialPure. The previous filters I ordered were perfect and had no issues with them. They respond in a timely manner to emails that are sent via their website.

    This company is a scam. I ordered the wrong filters so I contacted them to return and they had me take pictures of the product, the packing and my refrigerator to send to them. I did this. I got an email saying they were sorry but if I sent them an additional $12.00 they would send me the right filters. I just wanted to return the ones I ordered. Will never order from them again.
