      $75 a day, it was only 3 days charging me $600. its an old 92 accord, it should not be that much! i have gone thru the struggle to keep this car from getting towed! its already a hardship in ********** we have to deal with getting towed just because it looked dirty! tags were up to date ************************************************************************************************************** so much for what happened in only 3 days !!!!

      My husband was in a severe accident in ********* on 6/4/24 at 1505. I contacted the tow company from the hospital that day and they said that I could make an appointment for the next day to retrieve our belongings. I arrived at the address and was met at the yard by an ASAP tow driver. He initially refused entry telling me that my husband had to be present. I explained to him that the registration, title, and documents all state myself as owner and that my husband was injured and unable to come. I told him that I was also the owner and had all the documentation. Finally, after much discussion, he contacted his company and they let me in the yard. An older tow driver arrived and started yelling at me to hurry up and get out of the yard. He said I had 15 minutes to get my belongings. My husband is an electrician and has a lot of work tools in his car. I am ******************************************************************************* at my side for at least 10 minutes as I was removing my belongings. I felt very threatened and am not sure that I got all the belongings from the vehicle. Now we have another issue with them. They have not released the car to the insurance company stating that they are busy but they are continuing to charge for storage.

      Referred through Geico to ASAP towing. I'd highly recommended to find another tow company. They towed my vehicle after my hybrid battery died. They apparently hitched their tow equipment to my tire rods and ended up bending them and causing my car to go out of alignment. So unless you want you car damaged find some other tow company . Now not only did I pay $165 for a tow, I had to pay another $550 to fix my alignment and tire rods. I attempted to reconcile with **** for the damage and ***** in the damaged claim department said she would get back to me, however it's been 3 business days with no follow up. Very disappointed, and will be taking whatever I action I can to get this rectified.

      ************** Driver never showed up *************** involved. Probability of dangerous risk to customer. Agent sounded drunk and ***** provided them as roadside service.

      HORRIBLE company will leave you waiting over double their ETA. ASAP TOWING? What a joke. Never again will I call this company. Take your business elsewhere if you actually want to help in a timely manner.
