  Im purchasing a larger TV stand and was thinking of hiring ********** / Pro Referral, however, after reading these comments and the contract I will pass. The contract seems to alleviate ********** of any responsibility of any contractor s**** up. Also is up to the customer to check on proper insurance, bonding issues etc. I was previously in the Insurance industry so I do understand insurance and bonding, however, most people would not. Notice the contract states "4.4 Pros may post information and documents concerning insurance policies and/or bonds covering their services. Pro referral does not verify this information." Be aware should a contractor suffer a major injury such as falling from a rooftop etc then the HOMEOWNER is responsible and a judge will likely rule in plaintiffs favor.Beware of *********** offer of installation as you could be on hook for a substantial amount of monies should the contractor become injured and have no insurance coverage.

  Contractors Beware joining Pro Referral ********** uses us to deal with there complaining no money bad payee window shopping customers because thy dont have the man power to perform work with the product they sell they take you thru rigorous bak ground check and tell if you have a problem with one of the customers and the customer complains to them about you even though they breached a contract with you Pro Referral says that there not responsible if theres a problem but they lie about that at least this lady does :************************* Resolution Expeditor Ste 200, **************************************** What she will do is she will turn your leads off or re-route your jobs to another contractor in line for an account then shut your account down and try to offer the customer what they call a: The case was passed on to our management team. Our pro referral guarantee was offered ($500) for dissatisfaction of the referral per management- and then try to stick you with the BILL. Basically saying if you dont pay the free money ($500) they gave to that customer we wont open your account back they call it Account Reimbursement. They use this tactic to control you. They can also refund the customer Money that you worked for and try to blackmail you with that trust me they tried Pro Referral AKA RedBeacon was a lead company bout out by ********** around 2012 also Beware of ***** dont believe nonthing she tells you because she will set you up BEWARE STAY AWAY good luck to the company that copy and **** this along

  Got case # from Pro Referral after hiring a pro thru ProReferral. Their referred pro had a contract with me that included labor and materials. Contractor didn't finish contract; installed untreated wood on the deck; damaged TimberTech materials; also 5 TimberTech boards were missing when he abandoned project; left worksite in dangerous status (deck was open; stairs were ripped out; boards with nails scattered on ground level); damaged driveway concrete after he got stuck with his trailer on it). Pro Referral offered to sign a settlement and release agreement and a $500 check. Result: I never received this check. The phone number from the case worker doesn't work anymore. Their customer service staff is not allowed to provide contact information from a higher level management. They take a message and I never heard anything back.

  Home and lawn rescue *********************** Referred to me by ********** for a painting job at my closet.Came out, gave me a free referral.Painted *****************, did a very professional job cleaned up will hire again.

  In my opinion, ** surprised that a company as respected and successful as ********** would use a third party company like Pro Referral. I used a suggested professional from **********s Pro Referral and its been interesting to say the least. I met with the owner (professional) who was to build deck frame. I want to finish the deck myself but needed someone to do the framing. After postponing original start date, a couple guys show up and work for a couple hours and disappear without saying anything. No problem except they left wood, hardware and other items all over the place and it is due to rain and snow that night so I had to go clean up. Next day, different guys show up and questioned what they were doing. Little to know communication between groups or from groups and owner. Seen guys drinking alcohol on the job, playing loud music, urinating on my wall behind the house. Completely and utterly unprofessional. Pro Referral states they do not guarantee basically anything from workmanship to background checks so not sure why ********** would put their brand in jeopardy by referring highly unprofessional companies. Halfway through the job and ** constantly calling the owner, because hes not around, to deal with issues. Another example is the fact the guys moved the footers to align the posts and now I have between 5 to 7 1/2 space between posts. Looks like the frame was just thrown together in a hurry with no thought process or care for professionalism at all. Do your own homework and bypass Pro Referral from **********!

  I use pro referral I hired a guy by the name of.******************************* to paint my exterior of my house it took him two weeks to paint my house and my house is only **** ft. its a two-story house. It was paint runs around the window on the second level paint runs on the body of the house some areas of the house you can see where he did a terrible job.it was brush marks on the doors, and when I pointed out all these problems to him, he got upset told me I had a old house thats why I had paint runs I refused to pay him until he took care of the problems he started hollering give me my check, give me my check out real loud, he then called the police, told the police I was trying to steal his service I show the police, the paint runs, and where he miss painted so the police ask the other guy that was with him if he was willing to correct the problems and the guy said yes, so the police made ******************************* stay off my property and the other guy that was with him took care of the paint runs they had got paint on my flowers in my flower bed my backyard hat paint all on the grass. I made him replaced my basement window covers because they got paint all on them. This guy work is sloppy I would not recommend *******************************. I contacted pro referral to let them know of the problems I had with this guy and I have not heard back from them and it has been over a week now. Pro referral do not care about any problems. You encounter with the people that they refer to you through their services.

  Save your Money, never use their services , I hired someone through pro referral to paint my cabinets and he damaged them ,Pro referral said it's not their responsibility . They don't have professional workers , Don't use their Services again I say it .

  I would never use this service again. I used Local Pro to have my bathtub recaulked. The next day a small portion of the caulking was cracked. The chap came back two days later and redid the small portion. Then a week and half later, another portion was also cracking. Called the supposedly local pro. Would come back in a couple of days. I tried getting in touch with the local pro a day before he was suppose to come back. I wanted a refund. I paid $300 for this service which is too much for substandard work.. He is now unreachable.
