  August 2023, a contract was signed and we paid $7900 to begin the process of being released from our timeshare at ***************. There is a 100% money back guarantee if unable to do so in a one year timeframe. We had correspondence all through fall 2023 indicating TS Compliance Group was working through the process. We started emailing and calling in spring 2024 approximately every two weeks, asking for an updated status, to which there was no response most of the time. On occasion, we would get a response indicating they were still working through the process. We continued to email and call. When we called, each time the call went to an answering service and we were informed that the TS Compliance Group operators "were all busy" and they would call us back shortly. Typically the call was never returned. We continued to call customer service and left messages and emailed; all of which have all gone unanswered recently. Now the customer service number is no longer in service. What a bunch of low-lifes!

  They claimed they would help us cancel our timeshare. They took $7309 from us in March, 2024, but never did anything. We called and emailed them numerous times but there was no answer/reply. We wrote a formal letter and mailed to three of their locations in the **, but all were returned with the post office note - undeliverable. They simply scammed us.

  They are the worst scam *** around, sold me a $8,000. Contract, that stated 1year or your money back, its been over a year& nothing has happened & you cant get a hold of them. Hopefully the judicial system will soon have all participants put away for good

  Have contract for ********* exit after contract time expired no results and no response from company after numerous attempts to get information no bad reviews when first research them however now there are numerous complaints

  If I could leave a NO STAR rating, I would. I bought into this timeshare cancellation back in June 2024. After hours of listening to them, and I agreed to pay $7749 and signed a contract saying that they guaranteed a 100% timeshare exit. Now 5 months later, I am no closer to getting this timeshare cancelled than the night I went to the seminar. When I call the office, a number taken from the website, they say their advisors are busy but will get back to you. No one returns my calls. I am still getting the same bills from the timeshare, as if they were never spoken to. I want my money back. the company has done nothing.

  The worst timeshare cancellation company I've ever dealt with! They scammed my 76-year-old mother and I and told us they would release this from our timeshare agreement in a year's time or our money back guarantee it has been over a year now. With no return calls or emails in months. The worst experience ever and I will be seeking legal action on this company as they are scamming elderly out of timeshares! Do not I repeat do not do business with them!!

  My wife bought into this timeshare removal last year they sat up all night and asked for thousands of dollars saying that they guarantee timeshare exit and they would open an interest free credit card for thousands to allow you to pay up front. At first the lead paralegal was on top of every message telling us fo stop payments because they have it taken care of. Then 4mos later the paralegal in another state says he quit and gives numbers of people who never answer their phones nor return calls. Then you call the office from the website and they say advisors are so busy but will get back to you and 7months later no one returns the daily calls. We are still gettting the same bills from the time share as if they were never spoken to. We want our money back-the company has done nothing.

  I signed up with this company in August 2023 and havent gotten any response from them after several phone calls. Nothing! Ive emailed and still nothing. I feel they are fraudulent. Claimed you could get a 100% refund if they couldnt get your timeshare cancelled.

  It is now a ********* have not gotten any responses concerning our 100% money back guarantee.If anyone is thinking of going with TS Compliance group please check all these reviews who have negatively have the same ********************* are good taking your money but not returning when they say 100% money back guarantee.We are senior citizens who live on a fixed income & going through health issues,with me going through ********************* & husband with heart problems.This just shows they dont care about anyone else only getting your money & then not giving back once that year ends.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

  First off, the only reason im even giving them a star is because I had to in order to leave this message/review.I honestly feel like the good reviews on here are from the company ts compliance. They are trying to redirect you from the negative reviews. I believe this company is a scam. We gave a group called ts relief ****** to get out of our timeshare. It was a scam they won't contact ******* can't contact them cuz **************** are are no longer working. & they kept our money! Our timeshare says NO that we still owe & it's still in our names & now we are in breech of contract for signing such documents without contacting them first!Well..... we was just invited to a meeting from TS Compliance which was just like the one from TS Relief & after the presentation (which was the same as ts reliefs) we was presented with paperwork that had the same name as the guy that "supposedly was handling our file with ts relief." Then the guy presenting for ts compliance knew another guy that gave us the presentation that signed our paperwork from ts relief meeting. Now how ironic is this?At the end, we asked ts compliance what they thought of our paperwork from ts relief & the look on their faces was "they were in shock". We asked them to explain & they couldn't. All they could say was can I take a copy of these to send to *****? Of course you can cuz we'd like to speak to ********************, seems how he conveniently works for your company ts compliance ************ will respond from ts *********** has our ******.00.& of course, now nobody will speak to us from ts compliance!So YES they are the same companies trying to scam people....What can we do about this?
