My experience with Centerstone Group was exactly what they said they were!!! They were kind,patient and so encouraging every step of the way!!! Ive been recommending them to all I know wanting out of their timeshare!!! Im out of my timeshare!! Cancelled my contract and my loan and all my payments I made !!!

The process was actually very simple and with their very competent staff guiding me each step, it was not at all stressful and the end result was achieved with very little work on my part. I am now free of that boat-anchor time share unit; Praise the Lord!Centerstone Group Inc

We're in the initial stages of exiting our timeshare. We were interviewed about our sales experience with our timeshare corporation. Next we had a Zoom call with an executive who explained the process Centerstone uses to release clients for their contract. After paying for the service we had a call from our case manager. We're in the process of scanning and emailing 4 contracts to Centerstone and drafting our complaint letter to our timeshare company. Everyone has been professional and explained the process clearly and without pressure. So far, I'm as very pleased with Centerstone Group!Centerstone Group Inc

Extremely positive experience from the intake person (a no-pressure initial call) all the way through to the very end. **** spent over 90 mins describing the process and answering our questions. We felt all steps and disclosures were verbally mentioned and later mentioned again as we were all going thru the contract line by line there was also a deck of slides she used over zoom showing the process and numbers and costs in black and white. I threw the contract language in ChatGPT and came back with no weaknesses or disadvantages from our viewpoint. In the second stage, ****** was our customer success person who was also extremely professional, patient and a pleasure to work with (ask for her if you have the option but probably everyone would be just as professional). Very smooth process all along. Legitimate company, 30yrs in business, and using the legal process to terminate the contract. At no point did my wife and I feel any sales pressure or were unclear about the whole process/fees. Professional and high integrity firm & people.
