  Per sales person *****, giving me 50% off of a $65 backpack as he promised. I went to the nearest *** to withdraw $20 due to short of cash . The *** FEE was $4.95 adding the total to $24.95 taken out. I then went to the volcom Ala moana store again to purchase the item that I was told by ***** that it was $32.++, he then told me he made a mistake and that it was regular price $65.++. Explaining to him that he has to honor that price he gave me he said sorry I can't. I then unexpectedly seen my friend whom is a mall security supervisor so I explained to him what was going on and he said to show him so as we were walking in, ***** the sales person jumped to his conclusion rudely saying " you had to tell security about this? " I told him " bruh i don't have to explain why he's here" ***** then said I was loitering and he wanted me out of the store. I was still searching for a backpack to purchase and was not loitering. ***** has a really bad attitude and does not have a professionalism to be in sales. His deminor was very poor at judgement.

  Don't buy from .volcom online. They only have comp generated responses thru their email and no phone number for customer service to be found. Have no idea where my order is over a month later , or my 400$. They're still using covid as an excuse when everyone else is excelling in maintaining their business and customer service quality. Say they are working tirelessly but no progress has been made in 30+ days, BESIDES immediately extracting my money from my bank. I'm located in Cali, where they ship from. My orders made on the sale day from Europe and ****** have made it here to Cali and been here for weeks. This company is a JOKE. HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS??!!

  This company is c*** I place an order with them November 18th and they have been giving me the runaround ever since I've emailed a couple times. They keep sending me like a copy and paste that's off of their website about how they're delayed on shipping and every time I talk to someone they told me oh my orders being pulled and ready to ship has been over a month. So now they just randomly sent me an email that states that they canceled my order after holding my money for over a month now I'm going to have to wait probably 2 weeks for my money to come back and it'll be after Christmas and this is gifts for everyone. Do not give this company any of your money you're better off just going into the stores yourself and finding it through a different company they're overrated anyway. ******* and Quicksilver are just as good if not better than this company anyway I will no longer give this company any of my money after what they have done to a lot of people if you read the comments they have screwed a lot of people over this year. All people want is a simple answer when is it going to ship and they can't even tell you they claim that their people are working endlessly over 24-hour period in their warehouse so they can't even tell you if your products have been pulled or picked or shipped or when or why. They are scam artists out of **********. I don't even want to give them one star but I can't pick zero
