I Ordered 8 pairs of shoes on Nov. 20th during their promotion order #: ********. And it seemed like the order was processing for the longest with no tracking number checked my email a couple days ago says it was delivered but havent received anything. Now I received an email saying they wont refund me. Never doing business with Vans ever again this absurd!!! Will be disputing the charge with my bank thank for nothing Vans!Review fromAnette H

Ordered three pairs of in-stock shoes a month ago during a sale and still have not received the last pair. I contacted customer service multiple times for an update and was ultimately promised a refund over the phone since the shoes hadn't changed status at the warehouse or been shipped. Two weeks later I didn't receive the refund and so I reached out again and got a new answer--Van's does not refund the cost of unshipped merchandise until it ships, they still have no idea when they will ship and are refusing to issue a refund but can offer a gift card (for more shoes I won't receive based on this experience). I think anybody going through this issue of Van's taking payment for products that are not shipped within the stated timeframe with no update or refund provided, should explore their option to report it to the *** and their state attorney general to investigate. I personally will never purchase from ***'s again and will work with my bank to get my refund given Van's refusal to make this right.Review fromKatie P

I ordered two pairs of shoes on *****, on ***** I received an email that my order was processed and Almost ready to ship. I called realizing I ordered the wrong size on one pair and they said that since the order was so far along in the process that it would be impossible to change. Here we are, two weeks later, the order has yet to even ship. With how long the shoes have been sitting at the warehouse there is no reason why this order couldnt have been changed, or even cancelled and reordered. This is an absolutely insane length of time for a company this size to sit on an order. Then to tell me that since its so far along in the process that it cannot be changed to just sit on the order for another two weeks? Such a joke.Review fromAlisha C

I bought a pair of shoes on Vans.com and they were so uncomfortable, they gave me cuts on the back of my ankles. I unfortunately bought the shoes thru Paypal and had to close my Paypal account due to being scammed thru it. When I reached out to Vans to let them know that the credit won't go through and be issued back to me, since that Paypal account was closed by Paypal, they told me that it went through and was issued back to my Papal. I don't even have a Paypal account anymore so there is no way that it went through! I had simply let them know and asked if they could just issue like a store credit. So I basically got injured by the shoes and sent them back and never received a credit. They have terrible customer service.Review fromUlrich B

Ordered a pair of shoes, noticed I was charged twice, thought it was a mistake and that it would go away, nope they placed two orders for me, and would you believe it they apparently cant cancel any orders after they've been placed, DONT BUY VANS THEIR SHOES FALL APART IN MONTHS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS THEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MESSUPS AND THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE ITS YOUR FAULTReview fromJustin M

So my wife toddler and I love vans. They didnt have what I want in the store so I can home and looked online. I found what I wanted they had free shipping or pay $22 for overnight shipping. I paid the $22 cause I wanted it fast. It has now been 6 days since I ordered it and it still hasnt shipped. Ive emailed them numbers of times and all they say is thanks for contacting us and let us know if you have any other questions? They never answered my question! The lady I spoke to on the phone said shed refund my shipping cost once it ships. I WANT WHAT I ORDERED IN THE **** I ORDERED IT !!!! My QUESTION IS Why offer overnight shipping knowing you cant provide it??? NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE!!!!! AWFUL!!! I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS!!!Review fromJillian R

Never again will I order from their online store or shop in person. I ordered $500 worth of shoes and I received my first order which should have contained 2 pairs of stranger things shoes and a hat and all I got was no hat and two empty boxes. I clearly took pics of the box that had been opened and re-taped sloppily. When I received my second order I took a pic showing the difference in both deliveries however they had me fill out a claim, wait 12 days, tell me I had to file another claim, after talking to repeated agents, than to get one final message stating they couldnt refund me ect because it was deliver. No duh, I said it was delivered but it was empty. Shame on your business for robbing faithful customers. Never again!Vans

I have been a long time vans customer and have been using ******************** since 2016 !! I recently placed an order on vans.com, the order id is ********. I placed this order on aug 3, and according to vans they shipped the order in two packages. I have not received my order as of today and have complained numerous times to both vans and the carrier. Vans made me fill a lost package claim form which I filled as soon as they sent over so that they can begin an investigation for the lost package. The form mentions "Upon receipt of this claim form please refund the order", and still after filling out the form, my order was not refunded. This morning, I received an email stating that the investigation has been completed and the carrier says it was marked as delivered. I even mentioned that I have VIDEO RING DOORBELL installed and every movement is AUTO RECORDED, and there is no sign of any package being delivered.It is obvious that I wont be shopping with vans anymore since they have lost my trust as a customer and I warn each and everyone of you to shop in store and not shop online since the customer service is not helpful at all. I would like vans to process the refund for my order ******** for an amount of ******. I have done literally everything on my end and after trying everything, I am complaining this experience to bbb.Vans

Would give none if possible, but don't buy from them they will cancel your order over a day later and say out of stock. When you place an order and it shows it is in stock, then it is in stock and when i place my order then I have my shoes. They will only give you the answer of its out of stock and sorry but not our fault when it is their fault and not the customers.Review fromJoshua H

Ordered shoes at 8pm Pacific time. The address I put for shipping was automatically changed without my knowledge or approval and didn't reflect until after I've already paid for the item. There is no way to change the shipping address as their excuse is "for faster shipping and turn around orders can't be edited after being placed. Once the item is delivered you can request a return and refund." What the heck kind of business is that?? I can't cancel or change my order after THEY made a mistake on it?? Not even immediately after the order?? won't be receiving the item so I can't return it and now I'm out $70 with no item until who knows when. This isn't some private seller this is VANS. TERRIBLE way to do buisness. There is no one to contact other than automated text chat that is no help at all.
