    I requested the *** email address so I could communicate what a negative experience it was to get a lighting issue resolved with Lightopia. My rep did not respond to 2 emails with my request for ************************* contact information so Ill communicate my experience here. I purchased a light fixture on 9/25/23 and did not get approval for the refund until 3/25/24. Within approx a week from installation of fixture, an LED light burnt out and 1 was flickering shortly after. I had concerns about the light when I received a box that was torn and damaged..I submitted photos to my rep. I kept emailing and calling Lightopia every 1-2 weeks to see if there had been a resolution. I believe the fault was both Lightopia and the vendor with the slow movement to a resolution. Apparently it was a lot of back and forth with the vendor which is unacceptable! I even had the electrician show in a photo that the light was dead after the vendor commented that maybe it was the fault of the electrician. That was another small cost.I finally received notification to ship the fixture back on 3/256 MONTHS LATER! I had to pay an electrician an additional ****** to hang a light fixture due to receiving a defective light. Lightopia refused to provide me with a box to ship the defective light back. I ordered 2 light fixtures from another reputable lighting company and was able to use 1 of the boxes to ship back the light. I had to pay *** ***** to have the box picked up at my home. I ended up losing money between shipping and additional electrician visit to hang another light fixture.not the fault of the customer! I should have known better than to not look at the BBB C rating along with all the negative comments from other customers! One customer talked about getting the Return Runaround. Its exactly what happened to me! I recommend you respect customers going forward so this does not happen to anyone else!

    horrible customer service. Return ridiculous, I canceled an order because it would arrive too late. two months later it actually arrived and they still can't seem to figure out how to get it back to them -horrible.
