******* was so kind and friendly and actually listened to me and we could be friends she was so kind. I usually tell telemarketers to take me if the list but she was too nice I wanted to hear what she had to say. Also the person who confirmed everything ******* was very good as well. This company sent a representative to my elderly father's home and convinced him to purchase the CoverageX and ***** warranty for his vehicle. After paying $200 a month, that he barely has due to a fixed income, he was convinced that this would work for him. Months later, he took his care in for service. CoverageX kept asking about the mileage which the Car dealership sent numerous times. After so many days, they informed my father that his last service showed $64000 miles, but his contract showed $63000 when he signed the contract. This was totally a scam to take advance of an elderly. If the agent came on site to sell the insurance and get information for the contract, he should have verified the mileage since he was there onsite. He could have asked my father to go the car and verify the mileage which he didn't. The company knew exactly what they were doing. They were going to have him paying $200 a month for CoverageX and Mepco for a long period of time just to tell him that the mileage was incorrect, and they couldn't cover it. Great experience with the overall sales and claims process, was very skeptical at first. Rear window was stuck down due to a failed window power motor and regulator. Parts and labor were covered. Service advisor at the dealership said it was one of the best companys she ever dealt with to date. Saved myself $765. So far paying off.CoverageX

I have never done business with CoverageX, but I repeatedly received phone calls and text messages about a car that I do not own. I always explain that I do not own the car in question and the callers always hang up abruptly without ever trying to fix the wrong listing for me. I think this company might be a scam and/or predatory. Spread the word and do not engage with them.CoverageX

I purchased an extended warranty contract with Coverage X and have been thoroughly impressed with the company. The coverage is extensive, covering all the major systems I worry about, and affordable giving me peace of mind. The contract was very clear with no hidden fees. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate the added benefits like roadside assistance and rental car reimbursement. I have not had to use my policy yet, but I went with CoverageX after calling several other companies to get quotes because the other companies would not answer all my questions and concerns but CoverageX did. I had this poor guy on the phone for an hour before I finally decided to buy the coverage. But they did not try to rush me to giving them my money like all the other companies. They answered my questions and explained everything very well. I feel very comfortable with the staff at CoverageX.CoverageX
