"My solar panels have been out for three days and I am getting no response from the company"

"Very upset with sublux the panels they put on my roof leaked water. Damaged the inside of my house they first took responsibility for the damage said they will take care of it then they changed there mind told me that the person that told me they will fix the problem is no longer with the company I don't understand he works for you and you can't commit to something base on what a employee says then fire him and go back on your commitment this is a horrible experience I wish I wouldn't of trusted these people now the water damage has caused huge damage to my sealing and my home insurance won't cover because of the broken tiles that they saw I the inspection that sunlux left around the solar panels I really hope that this review gets notice and something gets done this company needs to get held accountable for what they are doing to people and by looking at all the bad reviews I guess I am not alone."
