Avoid this place! First of all, my options are limited as I am on ********* So, I was optimistic when my doctor said that they took my insurance. Big mistake. The first time they made my glasses, they put in the wrong prescription. So they were basically useless. I took them back and had it redone. No problem. But, less than three weeks later, my glasses began turning colors and cracking at the edges. I had paid $300 to have them tinted, but not like that. When called them and told them what was happening, they told me to bring them in. I did, but it did little good. I was told emphatically that they couldn't fix anything because I had already had them redone once, and that's all they would do. REALLY!!! Unbelievable. After talking with them for some minutes, I left feeling disgusted. I had basically wasted three hundred dollars that I could not afford to waste. So I ended up going to ******* and got new glasses and ended up spending more money, but three years later they are still in one piece and not cracked so much that I couldn't see out of them. Huge difference. I wouldn't send an enemy to Lifetime Eyecare, even if my life depended on it. Not worth the hassle!
