      I walked in on 5/23 to look at keyboards. I browsed all of the regular keyboards and figured I'd stop by the gaming keyboards. When I got to the set, I saw a razer keyboard advertised at $24.99. Being a nerd, I knew it was probably wrong. I saw an employee walking by and I asked if it was right. The employee said he didn't think so. I asked him to call to see. He called another employee over to check. The second employee showed up and said it was wrong I said ok and asked of they would honor it. The employee said no. I asked if he would call a manager as it wasn't just 1 but 2 items mistocked. The manger approached, and I told him the issue and I told him I didn't expect him to honor the issue but that I wanted to point out the false advertisement. The manger argued there was no misadertisiment. I asked if he would honor the price and he said no. I then sated that he was falsely advertising the price and he said no because he wasn't advertising it to the public. The argument went on for a while before my husband interjected and asked to let it go. We walked away and the manager didn't even remove the product falsely advertised. I grabbed all of the product from in front of the tag and walked it to an employee near appliances. I told the employee they were falsely advertised and asked they be stocked properly.Honestly the manager should have honored the price advertised. If he didn't I would have been fine, but for him to leave it for the next customer is just outrageous. You can confirm all of this on video, plus I have a picture of it.

      RE: BEST BUYS M**FORD ***************** was paid in full. When tv was delivered I was told by Geek installer since there was already a TV wall mount from old TV "THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE". Upon looking at the receipt carefully I was charged $249.99. Called BB Medford asking for billing department. Instead transfer to ** in Home Theater customer care. After 45 minutes on & off hold he told me since it was already paid for ( duh) there would be NO REFUND or credit!
