    I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and frustration with my recent experience at your dealership. On New Years Day, January 1st, 2025, I visited CardinaleWay Volkswagen at 4:15 PM with the intention of purchasing the 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan Sport Utility, which was advertised at a specific price [A](****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************). To my utter dismay, upon arriving at the dealership, I was informed that the vehicles price had inexplicably increased to $32,000significantly higher than the advertised amount [A](****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************).This blatant discrepancy between the advertised price and the actual price presented to me is not only misleading but also constitutes false advertising. It is both unethical and unacceptable for your dealership to engage in such practices, which undermine consumer trust and tarnish your ************* a consumer, I expect transparency and honesty from any business I engage with. I urge you to address this matter promptly and take corrective actions to ensure that such instances do not occur in the future. It is imperative that your dealership upholds the principles of integrity and fairness in all its dealings.

    I paid for extended warranty and gap coverage for a vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. I sold the vehicle and went to the dealership to collect a pro rated reimbursement payment (Around 15 or $1600) for those purchases back in late March early April of 2023. I was told by their finance person (****) to wait 6 weeks for the payment to arrive. I waited much longer (until July) to give them enough time to have it sent. I tried to reach out to **** multiple times but could not reach her. I went to the dealership to see of I could get some answers and found out that **** had quit or left the dealership and had not filed the paperwork. I was told by the new Finance person (**************) that he submitted the papers requesting the reimbursement shortly after that trip to the dealership. It has been 3 months since that was submitted. I have reached out multiple times to try and see when those 2 payments would be recieved and have not recieved one response from anyone at this dealership. They have completely ghosted me. It is very frustrating. I have bought 3 new vehicles from this dealership in the past and am extremely frustrated that they are treating my situation with complete disregard. I want the reimbursement checks and don't think I should have to wait any longer than the 6 months I have already been waiting

    My name is ******* C. ******** I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan from Cardinale Volkswagen of *********** Ca. approximately at this time I purchased the VW Care Maintenance Plan and the Guaranteed assets Protection "G.A.P." insurance from the same dealership. Approximately 8 months later my wife totaled the car, In December of 2022. I was told i would not need to continue payment on the totaled Tiguan b7y the staff at VW which was a lie, I have email proof of this, the Gap Insurance refused to pay the entire dollar amount because I was due a maintenance plan cancelation of 1500 dollars from VW Care I have email proof of this as well i have been fighting for six months and just paid the last payment for the tiguan this month these car dealers are liars, and i feel like I was cheated and would like my money i am owed.

    I was not able to respond to the email I got 
    I did not get any copy of the contract . I have been trying to contact the dealer for days now and they don’t want to help me . They have haven’t even told me the name of the bank that finance the car loan and I have not received any paper work from any bankdy threatened to call the cops if I left with MY copy of the termination of contract . Basically the dealer wanted to make the sale and did not tell me who the bank would be that would take the loan . This place also ran my credit without my consent when the previous bank had declined to pay for the car I never agreed or was told that my credit would be ran . This is the most unprofessional dealer and place I been to . I would like to for someone to reach out to me above the GM for the unprofessional service that I was provided with and hopefully have this taken care of . I was made aware over the phone that I would just need to go in and leave that car but this dealer did everything to make sure that they got there money even when I did not want the car anymore and the paper work was signed that the contract was terminated by the dealer .
