    On 8-21-24 we hired your service for window cleaning. You sent a team of employees to do our two story which is OK. - Service appointment was scheduled for 9am, but was rescheduled by you 2 times and arrived 10:45am!- - One of the employees who was working the downstairs windows didn't seem to me was cleaning the windows correctly, He wasn't cleaning the squeegy after each swipe and didn't seem to follow the window edges! Even on your website blog shows that these procedures are to be followed. Spots, water streaks, were left on the windows and *****! - One of the employees asked to use bathroom. She was in there a while. The bathroom stunk like h*** and we had to turn on bathroom fan and use Lysol to help remove the smell! - When an employee was cleaning an inside window screen, he didnt take it outside to do it. We had to tell him to do so. - We found 3 screen spring clips. Dont know where they belong. We called to schedule a comeback. They were supposed to be here between *****am. A lone employee (******?) came out at 9am. Apparently she wasnt told of the extent of work needed to be done and so amongst the confusion she left! No windows cleaned! We are handicapped so we move slow. And we had other vendors having other work being done. What happened to your great service?????? I am also disappointed no one reached out to remedy this problem! For $343.50, we are very disappointed. We would like a total refund for the inadequate service and scheduling!
