Do not purchase from them. Received the socks and had a hard time getting them past the heal of my foot. When I got the socks past hy heal, they would not stretch enough to get them pulled up on my leg. I requested to return them according to their 30 day return policy. However, even though they were shipped from a warehouse in the ***, you can only return them to their ****** address which the shipping cost is more than what i paid for the socks.

Do not believe an anything this company says. They say their socks are easy to put on. THEY ARE NOT. The material has minimal stretch. I can barely get them past my heal putting them on or taking them off. They sent me an email asking how the fit was and I could exchange them if it wasnt right. I responded they are way too tight. But Compression World never answered. I ordered more pairs in 4X (3X way too tight at 62 & 230 lbs. The 4X were marginally a better fit but are way too long. These socks are digging in just under my knee and hurt like h*** after 10 hours working in the ********** oilfield. I went back to Copper Fit compression which are much more comfortable. The Compression World socks are breaking in somewhat but, I WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT THEM. THIS COMPANY LIES IN THEIR ADDS, EMSILS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

If, I couldve given a ZERO I sure would have. Got 2 pairs of insoles to help planter fasciitis and I got NO relief. They were shipped out of **, but they said in order to a refund I to send them back to **************** in ***********, ******. That would cost as much as I paid for the insoles. Canada mail was recently on strike and **** is still not shipping to ******. Asked why I couldnt just send back to **. Have tried a couple times no response.BUYER BEWARE, BETTER YET DONT PURCHASE. ************!

Buyer beware! I ordered $85.00 worth of socks for my husband. I ordered the size based on their size chart and my husband's prescription. Free shipping, shipped from **********. Socks were about 6 inches too long. Contacted company, was told this was usually due to ordering a size that was to small--they would send a size larger at no additional cost and I would not need to return the first order. I asked if a larger size wouldn't be even longer, was told okay, we'll send you a size smaller, no extra charge. The smaller size was still about 2 inches too long and the socks would not have fit the circumference of his legs if we went any smaller. Contacted company and said obviously, these socks just were not going to work for my husband. Was told I would need to ship the socks at my own expense to ******. It was going to cost $56.00 to ship them. I saw where another customer had returned ********************** and at that time, had not received a refund. I will not return the socks and risk being out an additional $56.00 for socks that are totally useless to us. My advice is to RUN, not walk from this company. If possible, I'd rate it "0".

This company is based out of ******, although items come from **********. When my uncle received them they were too small. I contacted the company that is when I was informed I had to ship them to ******. It cost me $50. I returned them because I spent $123 on the socks. The socks were returned to my address so that puts me out of $173. Buyer Beware!! You have to return them to ****** and they still may deny your refund. I would give it 0 ?? but you have to leave a star.

Terrible. I bought 3 pairs. After reading reviews, they seem to run small so I ordered 3xl. I normally wear 2xl. Theyre way too small and dont fit. No response from Compression Socks World, so I disputed charge with PayPal. PayPal closed the dispute without resolving anything. Beware! This company is terrible!

Attempt to return, not responding to emails, website for return not available. No return instructions given, other than, "mail to company address".

My father tried to order 4 pairs of Vero Medic Compression Socks, size 4XL, from a ******** ad but actually placed 2 orders due to a glitch on ********. He received 8 pairs of size 2XL socks but they did not fit because he ordered (and needed) 4XL. There were no return instructions in the packaging so he returned the socks to the address listed on the website under "Contact Us": ********************************************************************************************. His intent was to return 8 pairs and seek an exchange for 4 of the 8 pairs and then seek a refund of $55.00 for the 2nd order made in error. After a few weeks, my father followed up on the matter with an email to the support email address and he received a response that stated that the product should be returned to an address in ******. But he had already sent the product to the Commerce address, as described above. The issue now is that my father does not have the socks and has been charged $110.00 because of the double order. I sent several emails from my father's email address, my email address, and directly on the website but have not received any responses. I also messaged the company on ********. But I am being totally ghosted by this company. Further, my father received an email from Athens asking for feedback on ******** on the purchase made. There will be no favorable feedback on ******** because my father has been charged $110.00 and has no product. This is a scam and really should be investigated by the BBB. There is no option to file a complaint with BBB. We can only comment. Well, here's my comment: BBB, you really should be following up on all these comments with a complaint against the company.

I purchased 4 pair socks based on the size chart on their website. *** sent me an email immediately asking if I'd ordered the right size. I measured my calf again to be sure and emailed him back to tell him the size of my calf. He assured me I had ordered the correct size. On their website, they show these skinny people able to pull the socks up and down with ease. They don't work like that for people with larger legs. When purchasing this item, I'd hoped to be able to put them on easily. I sat down on the floor trying to put these things on and it was quite the struggle. It felt like I had been working out at the gym for a couple of hours after just getting one of them on. I knew these weren't going to work for me. Within a few hours of receiving the socks, I sent Compression Socks World a message to advise they don't fit. I immediately received an email back from the same *** from Customer Support. He insinuated I probably ordered the wrong size! He was the same person that verified I'd ordered the correct size. He offered to send a larger size. I advised him I just want a refund. He gave me an address in ****** to ship the socks back to. First off, their website shows they are headquartered in ********, **. Why am I to ship them to ******? And why should I be expected to pay to return ship an item they assured me would fit? So now they are holding my $55.00 payment hostage until I return the socks to them. I filed a complaint with PayPal this evening. I doubt that will get my money refunded. Their website says, "30-Day Trial - Try us for 30 days. Not in love? Full refund". It also says, "Easy Returns - Simple return policy for your peace of mind". ???? Doesn't sound to me like they stand behind their promises. Wouldn't that be considered False Advertising? Hmmm, makes one wonder.
