    I did use this company for my business phone service. I would pay this invoice every month until January 2022, when I received three additional invoices from September through December 2021. I was surprised. It was my understanding I had paid my bill each month. After searching my records, I found that I had paid all invoices sent to me; however, I never received invoices from this date. Once I pointed this out to the company, they insisted I receive the invoice and told me to pay or be cut off. I told them to terminate the services because of their nasty attitude. I have not paid the other invoices and only wanted them to acknowledge their error and would have paid the invoices. He did not, and now I am left without phone service. They are taking me to collection because of back invoices when all they have to do is apologize for the error. Please do not use them. Their customer service is awful.
