  I ordered a **** Latitude E5420 Laptop from these guys. I paid ****** and waited 8 days for it to come in the mail just to find out it is all gouged up, scratched up, and don't even turn on. I give this rip-off business -5 stars. I will be reporting them to the BBB whether I get a refund or not. This business is an absolute rip-off and I will never purchase from them again. An absolutely awful experience.

  Poor quality products and service. I returned 3 laptops that didn't work well at all and they said I only returned 1. They then called me a liar. Not a good company to deal with. Scam artists.

  Just to respond to your message., We do retain the right to take legal action for this frivolous attempt to defame our reputation. . You purchased three laptops, yet only returned one, which was refunded promptly. You did not provide us proof of delivery for the other two laptops., Just because you say you returned then, is not enough. How you imagine if we say we shipped the laptops to you and never provide proof. . We have professionally maintained our responses to you. asking for proof of delivery ,. We have also stated, if a proof is provided we will refund as we have refunded the one that was actually returned. 'You will need to remove this WRONG Review or we will proceed as well. Thanks !

  I have purchased 4 refurbished Dell laptops from ASN Depot in the last year and am pleased with every one of them. As delivered they have been as represented or better than in the advertisement. Delivery has always been on schedule, or improved on promised date.
  My most recent purchase prompted me to inquire about various options, and was pleased to find that Salman was happy to accommodate me by providing the laptop just as I requested, and four days in advance of the promised date. It is apparent that Salman will go the extra mile to insure that the customer is happy. They also provide tech support that is very helpful.

  Ordered dell E6430 8gb laptop $175 from walmart. Recived it did not boot or work day one. Walmart says ASN DEPOT was thier responsibilities . ASN SAYS JUST NEED TO REINSTALL WINDOWS. Here's a ref. # send it to us . I got covid almost died . @ 10 months contacted them ya we're going take care of it as courtesy , great , since didn't work in the first place . Didnt hear FOR SOMETIME so call with track # ya they got it. salman who ever says it will go out mon. week later nothing wants { here we go ] 35$ shipping pay pal fine i pay. says sorry next monday for shue 7nov fedex says label created , week later nothing. 15NOV. ASN SAYS ITS MAILED FEDEX AND TRACKING SAY HASN'T BEED MAILE call ASN and several emails including one EXPLICITLY STATTING I WANT THE E6430 8GB DELL I SENT YOU OR IF SWAPED OUT THE SAME LAPTOP. THEY , ASN, SAID YOULL GET WHAT YOU ASKED FOR/ GREAT. TODAY the 20th nov. i get a E5430 4gb older cheaper ( NOT MINE ) Laptop. NOT MY 8GB DELL. NOTHING BUT LIES THIEVES AND SHAKDOWN FOR EXSPESS SHIPPING AND SWITCHED MY LAPTOP 4 A OLD 4 GB POS. IF DENY ANY OF THIS I HAVE THE EMAILS TO PROVE IT. LAST WEEK MY SAME E6430 LAPTOP APPEARS ON WALMART SITE FOR $ 249 FROM ASN DEPOT. GO FIGURE . ND NOW THE ONE THEY SENT ME DOSENT WORK.

  I ordered a laptop on 9/9/22, received it 9/16/22. It came with the wrong power supply, a dead battery, heat like 'bubbles' on the top skin and signs of rough handling along the front edge. When I called, they said the correct power supply would be sent priority mail the next day. Still no power supply when I called on 10/4/22. They said they had to order it, but no one had told me! I was told It would ship the next day. When I asked about the 'bubbles' they claimed they replace the top skin on all their lap tops and 'bubbles' are common but will go away! In the meantime I researched ASN. So I've had this UNUSABLE laptop almost 4 weeks. Based contacts with ASN and my research, I requested a return but was told the ONLY way that's possible was a 'defective' warranty return. My five day 'no fault' return had expired! I have sent them follow up e-mails with no result, only to finally be told to 'work it out' with Walmart. A copy of this review will be sent to Walmart along with asking their cooperation in getting a full credit return. I hope I'll get satisfaction from them, I got NONE from Mr. Nasir S***** and/or ASN Depot. If I can't give a zero star rating, I'll do one star with strong reservations.
