"There has been multiple break-ins on the Park Central property in Concord and the tenants are exhausted of nothing being done and coming out of pocket to fix our vehicles and restore stolen property. In the past 3 months, I have gotten my car broken into where they stole my belongings, my dad came to visit on 12/20/22 and spend the night and the following day his wheel was stolen from his car and had to miss work, and on 12/22/22 someone stole 2 Christmas trees from my front door." ...
