    Every week it's something different last time they said it was my router and I need to buy a new router so I did guess what now they can't figure out why I can't get online they called me back had me un plug some chords wait around. try it again the next day same thing so I just threw in the towel after I think around 10 years it's just not worth you getting hung up with the world when these guys are the gatekeepers and there's no one to address it.

    They didn't have the service they offered. They claimed the service they provided needed to be adjusted months after installation. Why it wasn't installed to work at its best is baffling especially to a quality construction worker. The management I spoke with told me I should have complained about my poor service so they could make adjustments. They haven't made improvements to my area how was it going to be better. If they did make improvements why were we not notified of ****************. Don't waste your time and money on Digital path.

    At the time we scheduled your installation appointment, we let you know we may be able to provide you with 200mbps but would be unable to guarantee these speeds until the time of installation. At the time of your installation, we were only able to provide you with our 50mbps plan based on your home location. You accepted the plan option and chose to move forward with your installation, agreeing to one year of service.

    We do offer a risk-free money back guarantee if you are unhappy with your service after using it for 30 days. However, since your installation 5 months ago, we have not received any contact from you regarding your service. During our discussion, I let you know that if you are experiencing any problems with your service, we would be eager to troubleshoot with you so we can identify the problem. As you declined, we have been unable to offer assistance to help improve your service. 

    We sincerely apologize for the disappointment you have experienced with your service with us. We wish we could have had the opportunity to resolve any outstanding issues but understand your decision to cancel your account instead. We wish you the best finding a new provider.

    I've been with Digital Path since 2021, I'm very happy with their service, never had any trouble with their internet, I'm on the Gen 6 wait for the upgrade to Gen **** have no problems with buffering or lose connection. I have a son who games mostly all day and another that streams movies and with both using at the same time. It works great. ********************* was very helpful today, helping on my parents Digitalpath. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

    ****** and ***** came and upgraded my service and they were polite, friendly and safe. I say safe because a lot of gals out there, who use various services feel apprehensive about having a male in their home while their S/O is away. These two and ***** and ******** as well, are true gentlemen and helpful. They did a great job and were full of smiles.

    Great customer service. Our representative ******* was super helpful. Our service got suspended because one of our payments didn't go threw as expected. ******** called us up and did a follow up and gave us a grace ****** so we could have our internet till the next payment. She was super helpful. Overall a great company.

    Digital Path provides great service to rural customers who have limited options. Recently they doubled my data plan at no extra cost. Who does that these days?

    Up until a month ago I would have only rated 2 or 3 stars. People ******* was excellent but the wifi itself was weak for the price. But a month ago my ******* was upgraded and is now excellent in all ways and is one third cheaper than before.
