    Wonderful experience from start to finish. Our representative ****** was incredibly professional and diligent. As an ADT customer for over ****************************************************************************** today's unsettling society of rising crime. We couldn't be happier.

    I recently switched from a previous alarm service because I was not getting the attention for which I was paying. The ACS technician who did the changes on my alarm system to make it compatible with the new company was polite, thorough and respectful. The representative who originally signed me up followed the switch over throughout the changing procedure and was always available to answer my questions. One of the main reasons I went with ACS is they provide a 24/7 guard service for my neighborhood. If the installation is any indicator for their service, I am certain I will be thoroughly satisfied.

    We have been served by ACS through a neighborhood patrol for years and been very happy. Just now we decided to install a security system in our home and have been equally pleased with the way that has gone so far. ***** did a wonderful job of sorting through the options with us and reviewing what was needed to protect our home. He was patient and courteous, friendly and intelligent. Today ***** installed the system and did a fine job of explaining its workings to us. We look forward to using the system in a manner that works for us and protects our home and personal security in it.

    ACS - always responsive and always make me fill safe. Technical service is always available and make my life seem so easy when it comes to security. Best and I have had 3 others who dont hold a candle to ACS.
