    INKJETS.COM OPERATES AS CARROT INK. Carrot Ink cannot be found on BBB, so its likely there are many more unreported complaints.I purchased well over $100 of ink and about 8 months later the printer firmware update no longer allowed ink purchased from this company to work. I called to return the ink which I could no longer use. After some discussion where she called what I told her in doubt, ****** sent me a return label and I mailed it back within 3 days. I did track the delivery via **** which did confirm it was delivered. I did not keep the tracking number, which I had paid for in person so could not look up through my account, because I assumed my refund would be forthcoming.When I called back to ask why I had not received credit, ****** sounded argumentative telling me I was now beyond the return period. When she finally acknowledged that I was telling her I did return it less than 1 week after she sent me a return label, she told me it was my responsibility to send her the tracking information to prove it had been returned. She never indicated anything other than annoyance with me reaching out about this. The return label had been sent via the inkjets.com email address making it impossible to find later until she relayed the date she had sent when we discussed. BBB: this company could search their **** delivery portal to view tracking numbers delivered on April 27, 2023 from ******* ********. I could then confirm my tracking number to receive a refund,In any event, I wont do business with this company again because of how they treat their customers.
