  please don't trust these guys, they just sweet talker but they do a very poor job.I live in palisades because of fire we needed to clean up our attic. the first thing they should have done is using Hepa vacuum to seal the toxic in, instead of regular vacuum. it is written in our contract but they didn't honor it.they told me the job will be 6 hours from 9 am to 3 pm. they arrived at 9:30, and started at almost 11 am. At 12:30, they said the job is done. When I check the area, I saw so much debris and toxic material left behind. I asked them to give me their wipe to show them how to Clean the debris off the beams. Then I noticed their vacuum is not even Hepa. I called the contractor and I sent the pictures of vacuum used in my attic. He said he is going to bring Hepa vacuum. Now it is 1:30 pm. My husband and I waited another 2:30 until 4:00 pm until they brought the Hepa vacuum. he said that they are going to take insulation up and vacuum again, I was so tired, I didn't watch them but after 45 minutes they were done. I went to check again, I saw a lot of debris again. I got the wipe and showed it to the contractor Who brought the vacuum. I wiped out some toxic material which was left there and the contractor wiped some ******* got the picture what kind of job they do. they charged me $2000 which was very expensive for even perfect job Let alone for this nasty and filthy job that they did. My attic is really really small.When I Saw that they didn't use the Hepa, I should have leave instead of waiting. They should have come another day and clean it.I was tired and having headache for checking the area without the mask. Now I feel so sick, because of their negligence and not using proper tools I exposed myself to hazards material.Instead of paying full amount, I should have take them to court.
