This company shouldn't be in business because their customer service is very poor and the quality of the doors and bifolding are the cheapest quality but expensive in price. I bought 4 panel of the bifolding doors and my door for my bathroom. When my contractor pick up the door, he was given a 36 instead of a 32 and the door handle was not exchange for the smaller one, so as of now I am not able to find door handle. The bifolding doors hardware is very low quality which I needed to replaced and it took 6 months for someone to send me the hinges and I paid out of pocket. I pay like $13k, but I pay to deal with issues of the doors. I haven't enjoy opening my bifolding doors because I feel they will fall. Unbelievable their products are not the best but they sell very expensive and quality is not what you pay for it. The bifolding doors are heavy and hinges that they come would hold the heavy door. Everything something breaks I have to reach out to their warehouse because that is where I bought them. Everyone from ****** lady that I have talk to and to the workers have no idea how to run a business and how important customers are.

Per our record these doors were not purchased from Teza Doors, they were purchased from Palaazo iron Doors, Teza Doors have tried helping with the faulty hinges twice, once free of charge and when the contractor broke the hinges for the second time we had to charge for the hinges of the door that was not even purchased from Teza Doors.

We recommend you reach out to Palaazo Iron Doors to solve the bifold door problem.

Teza Door's employee was very helpful even being in the office on a Saturday at 7:00am and waited for you to pick up the hinges till 8:00 am and you didn't show up per emails exchanged.

    Thank You
