    My ******** switch was returned in worse condition than i sent it in for repairs, If my statement is false or untrue in any form I invite Minilec to take me to court First repair for faulty fan was returned with a damaged speaker/intake grill, sent back in and they sent out a different unit(never contacted me to ask if the hardware swap was acceptable)with both grills caught in the aluminum shell seam and the microsd slot so misaligned I can not insert my microsd and expect to ever pull it back out once it "snaps" around the bottom of the shells gap(MicroSD slot should not have any visible copper and align with its port), called to see why their QA is non-existent and was screamed at by the owner(only raising my voice to match the energy they were sending my way), luckily I recorded the call and will be sharing it with all relevant parties. It's worth mentioning that I specifically included a letter(as instructed by the ******** support technician) with each system saying to contact me if the shell and motherboard would be replaced at all as it was a new system with under 20hours of total use. Yet I have zero phone calls, voice mails, texts, emails, or ticket addendum asking if that was acceptable or if it should be returned as is(I 100% assure you that I would have preferred to have a faulty fan that I replaced myself as opposed to this botched "refurb")
