- Additional Info:The BBB opened an investigation on this firm due to the number of inquiries we have received. According to BBB files, consumers allege having purchased tickets online, received confirmation of purchase but shortly after found their events cancelled and promised a swift refund. Consumers further allege not being able to get a response with the details of their refunds. On April 20 and May 4, 2022 the BBB contacted the company regarding our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.
