  Deceptive pricing! Mr Drain gave me an estimate for $5,200 for approximately 48 man hours of work. The estimator said "I can guarantee that section of pipe is totally collapsed and needs to be replaced". The section was intact with no exterior damage.The first repair took 6 hours. The technician billed me to "what you negotiated". I did not know that I was negotiating a repair. I expected to honestly pay for what was honestly performed.After the first repair did not work, I called to request the job get completed. The owner yelled at me and told me it was my fault because I did not allow the technician to dig up my garden without proving there was a problem. Water did flow properly from the section that was verified to be good. The actual problem was more than 100' away from where he wanted to dig.The final repair is okay. There is still an obstruction but the water does flow to drain. The final cost for an okay repair that was estimated to take 48 man hours took 14 man hours. I was still billed $5,200. That is more than $350 dollars per *******. Drain can do good work. Make sure you get a rate sheet with your proposal and make them stick to it.

  Called Mr. ********************** because my old pipes were backing up. They came out promptly, were friendly and professional.. and they made great recommendations on future projects for my older home. The technicians were experienced and knowledgeable, they completed the service quickly and the pricing was great! Would highly recommended.
