    My business credit card was suspended due to Suspicious ******************* Alerts: Did you use card ending 7224 for $0.08 at SEARCHBUG, **** on May 16, 2024?" I did not initiate that transaction, and so they are suspending my card. Not cool, SearchBug Inc.

We've been in business for almost 30 years and prioritize protecting both our users and their financial information.During our account signup process, a small, temporary and randomized transaction between $0.01 and $0.99 (in your case it was $0.08) is sent to the provided card. The user is then asked to confirm the amount of the transaction to ensure that they are the rightful card holder. This isn't an actual charge; it's only a verification tool to confirm the cardholder's identity. These verification transactions typically clear from the account within 2-5 business days. This information is also presented to you during the sign up process so you are aware in advance. We apologize if this was not clear during sign up.Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may have caused.
