      Work( wasn't charging possible liquid damaged on top of unit not inside) was done to my laptop paid twice fix charging issue then picked it up brought home still same state brought in for service saying they fixed it....took back upset bout it spoke to manager will look at it......found out laptop is not at fault it was the faulty charger!!!!

Were sorry to hear about the frustration and confusion during your recent service experience at our ********* location, and we appreciate the chance to clarify the situation.Based on our records and your signed invoices (Invoice #SNV003148625 dated 04/25/2025 and Invoice #SNV003148951 dated 04/28/2025), your device was initially brought in due to power issues following an incident where beer was spilled on the top lid of your ** Gram laptop. Our technician conducted a full diagnostic and determined that there was internal liquid damage affecting the charging ********** were charged for two services:Advanced Diagnostic and Evaluation $199.99 ****************************** Cleaning $499.99 A $150 **************** Discount was applied, reducing the total to $549.98.After cleaning and servicing the board, our technician confirmed the device was powering on and passing internal tests in-store. However, as you later discovered, a separate issue was a faulty external charger, something we were unable to confirm initially without first ruling out the internal damage.We recognize that this added inconvenience could have been avoided if a defective power adapter had been identified sooner. That said, our efforts were based on the information and symptoms available during the diagnostic. It is common practice in such cases, especially when liquid damage is suspected, to address internal failure first, which often carries greater risk than a cable or charger.We acknowledge your disappointment that the issue was external and regret any frustration this caused. Your experience has been reviewed internally to ensure better clarity and communication around diagnostics.Thank you again for your feedback.
