      I had the misfortune of booking Elife Limo Service on Expedia!After confirming the reservation and receiving all the details, I arrived at the airport excited for a smooth ride to our hotel. Unfortunately, the limo never showed up and we called several times to the company however we kept getting disconnected. After waiting and waiting, we finally had to make last-minute arrangements with other transportation. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially after being assured that everything would go *********** make matters worse, the company never contacted me to explain why they missed the pickup or even offer an apology. It felt like they simply didnt care that they left us stranded.I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and unreliable this service is. If you need dependable transportation, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Ill never trust them with my business again. ******* did refund half of our money so THANKS EXPEDIA!!!
