"I called them to come look at the water stains on my drapes and they came after a week to which point they said that water stains are VERY difficult to remove but since I had no other option and the fact they pride themselves on their 70 years or so of experience I obliged and agreed they wash them. They came 2 weeks after that first appointment to take the drapes and then took another 2 weeks to return them!" ... Read full review
