    Funny *******  is easy to make false accusations. I asked him numerous times to show me the scale weight and he refused. He also took the hazardous waste fee off because he knew he was being dishonest, still trying to over-charge, not thinking we wouldn't let him get away with his scam of a company over charging us and putting a lien on our customers home. Junk king is the most dishonest, cruel company, I have every seen in my life. We work a lot, almost daily with dump places and have never once had this issue.

    They booked a dumpster on behalf of their client. At time of booking our call center explained pricing and conditions. They were told an email would be sent with a detail in terms and conditions.They booked it on behalf of a client of theirs who was likely was unaware of the pricing terms. After we picked up and dumped the contents, we found the dump to have hazardous materials, and weigh significantly over the free limit. We charged accordingly on the card on file. Their customer refused the charge, ********************** Constriction who is the customer on file refuses to honor the payment. They deny that weights are true, inspire of photographic evidence and copy of Tare weight in their receipt. No resolution to date and we are out of significant money. our credit card processor hs put an hold on our account. We did send ******************************************* a copy of the voice records at time of booking that spelt out the terms. At this time they deny that was ever told to them
