  This company is unethical. Went to our shipping **** got a name of someone who worked there (no longer with company) and sent out 1 printer toner that was 5 times more expensive than what we buy from our Legit vendor. Now they are seeing payment asking for business credit card to be provided over the phone or in an email. There website is limited. The ridiculous price was first red flag, then going to their website was the second, but the way they asked to be paid, was the final straw that led me to find how many times this company pulled this scam on other companies. Sadly, too many probably do pay without question. I always question before paying.

  Unethical. Front desk person was tricked into thinking this was our copier company. They sent toner at a 10 times markup and hope invoice falls under the radar and gets paid which must happen alot since they are still doing it.

  SCAM - beware. *************************** called and said the line that is everywhere in their reviews: "The price of the toner is going up but you didn't get the 30 day notice so we set one aside at the old price." When they called back a day later to confirm the address (I'm assuming this was to give their lawyers a second example of our consent to receive the product) and they mentioned the price, we were lucky that I said "that will just be billed through our maintenance contract right? The company we rent the copiers from already provides toner." At which point they tried to back out and say the order would be cancelled and got really shady.

  They called stating they were calling regarding our copy machine. when I asked what company they were with, he did not give me the name of company. when I asked again his response was "is that the only question you know?" and I hung up. Obviously, this man cant handle cold calling and will be decreasing sales for this company. Very poor first impression.

  The called our company pretending to be with another company that we use for our needs. They said that there was going to be a price increase of 20% on our current pricing and that they were getting an order ready to ship out. This one was going to be at regular cost since we were unaware of changes made in pricing. They then proceeded to send a used toner cartridge and an invoice from their company- not the company we used. Steer clear of these guys!

  I would leave zero stars if possible. This company has called mine, despite our number being on the national do not call registry. They are a scam company. If you try to call back, you get a guy that changes his name every time he calls demanding to speak to a branch manager and hangs up on you if you try to get any additional information. Beware!!!

  Be aware of this company. It is a complete SCAM! They will try to trick you into buying their toner under false pretense that they work for your contracted printer company.They will lie directly to your face and claim to falsely work for your vendor/supplier.Please do not accept their information/word. Hang up and contact your supplier/vendor directly.They commonly use schemes like "I just wanted to reach out before the cost goes up 10%".

  Same as all the others. Some dude calls, asks how our Toner is doing, I told him we don't need any we got rid of that particular printer.. he says ok, we hang up. Two weeks later this stinking toner shows up and a week later this invoice for $621.92 shows up- You have GOT to be Kidding. So when I call and tell them, **, I said DO NOT SEND THIS TO ME, he acts surprised- and almost like he's not going to send me a label for return. The fack you're not. This c*** makes me so angry.

  This "business" is a scam business. They will send toner cartridges without your consent and then send a bill charging $598 for a SINGLE toner cartridge. Then they feign surprise when you call them out and act as if they are some type of professional company HA HA HA. As others have stated, if these slime bags call you, make it known immediately that you do not want to be contacted and do not give any information.

  Be careful. They call to get the name of your receptionist or anyone in charge of supplies. they then call back and ask for that person. if that person is not there they say they are following up on an invoice sent to the person and so they will try to get a name of a person they can forward that invoice to for follow up and to get it paid. if you give them your name or email address, they will use that as an acknowledgement of a previous you probably never received or requested. Just be wary of anyone calling and asking for who orders supplies. Just say its handled internally an hang up. give no names and no numbers . they'll just send something to the attention of that person and bill, counting on that person forwarding it to AP to be paid without thinking or looking into if they should send it back or not. A terrible business. i'm surprised the better business bureau allows them to continue to operate the way that they do. Come on BBB! shut them down already! They should get NEGATIVE STARS for the way they scam people.
