    I have placed an order on 20-Jun-22 from dose of colors worth USD 189 and the tracking says that it was delivered on 5-Jul-22 but I haven't received any package yet. I checked my mailbox as well and it is not there either.

    Its been a week and I am chasing DOC as well the delivery partners on getting my package but nobody is helping. Both the parties are just playing around with me and having me go back and forth
    I am kind of freaking out right now and I need an immediate resolution here

    Customer contacted us on July 7th stating she didn't receive the package. The package was delivered on July 5th. We offered the customer a solution and she agreed for a replacement package. The replacement package was processed on July 13th and it is currently in transit to its destination.

    Yes, I did receive resolution from the DOC team and finally I get my delivery package yesterday. Thanks to Brendaly who took extra efforts to make sure I get my order.

    Really appreciate the support and I take all my frustrating words back as what matters at the end is getting the products that you order and I did so I am a happy girl now. Thank you so much
