  5/3/23 manhattan building around 9pm a young woman was intoxicated on the sidewalk and was yelling at the security guard and banging on the outside the door. Was this woman a threat? No. At most, disruptive. The security guard watched her from inside walks towards the door, cracks it open and pepper sprays her in the eyes at 2-3 feet away and closes the door. He walks away with a blank face. The air got spicy inside the lobby and a couple people inside started coughing.

  I have seen video footage of these men abusing people verbally and physically. I've seen them use intimidation against innocent people. I have seen firsthand the "Better than thou" attitude and behavior that these officers display in public interactions and the way they drive vehicles in public spaces. They have an instagram account that they use to brag and joke about the mistreatment they dish out to the community. I don't feel safe when I see their patrol vehicles driving around an area I am in.

  If I could give no stars I would. Yesterday (5/10/2023) Around 9:40am my guest and I were sleep in my apartment at downtown ** when four security guards Impersonating as police officers and management came banging at my door, I was getting dress asking them to back away from my door so I can see them because I couldnt see through the peep hole and my ring camera was removed from my door. Next thing I know I hear them drilling the top lock to my front door. They forced their way in my house and pulled me and my guest out and put ** in handcuffs. I pulled out my phone to record them then the ****** that works downstairs called me and I asked her to come upstairs and help me the security took my phone and threw it. Lucky another Neighor came out and started recording cause they were touching all over me (Im a black l****** virgin, never been with a man in my life, never even kissed a man) and was sexually assaulted. The ****** called the police for me it took them 45 mins to come and see my paper work that Ive been in my unit since December and they had no right to do everything they did. This is a civil matter and needs to be taken to court. The security guards wouldnt give their name and I want to get a restraining order against the whole company.

  This company has unfortunately been hired to be the security for my building in Downtown ***********. As a women living here, I am harassed on a daily basis by one of their security guards, made to feel unsafe and treated horribly, I'm scared to pick up my packages and berated every time I see a specific guard. I have made this clear to the company. Talking extensively to multiple other employees, calling the dispatch and leaving many messages. No one seems to be rectifying the issue or moving his post. This feels more like a prison than a home. Do not hire this company. They are fake cops on a power trip with no regard for the people they should be protecting.
