    This business is a travesty! They have a monopoly on obtaining visas; so, it doesn't really matter if you have a problem with them. They do not process requests for interviews but suggest paying for "special services" that can cost thousands of dollars. The consulates will not schedule appointments so you have no options. Read the other reviews for more details. It would be great if the BBB could take action.

    Avoid this business and try to handle your affairs directly with the appropriate consulate or embassy. I can't think of many better examples of a legal scam than this one. They take your money, submit incomplete applications and make little to no effort to reach you when the ministry doesn't receive everything they need. The only resolution offered is to start over again, pay more fees and wait some more. Please don't do that to yourself. The governments that contract these con-artists either don't know or care about the quality of their services.

    Think of a company that has no customer contact number, no customer contact email, charges thousands of dollars for services, has constant technical glitches, has no refund policy. Basically has NO WAY of being reached for any concern. Wait - I do not want to lie, they do have one way of contacting them - through a ******* handle! No JOKE. They say for customer service - please tweet ** @ #************************!

    But at the same time the company has a MONOPOLY for obtaining visas for certain countries, such as for **. It got Government contracts for ****s and runs out of *****. Talk about lack of accountability. After hours of searching and calling ** Government in ****** - I only discovered a phone number which charges per minute of conversation - and that was COMPLETELY useless as people there mainly deal with ****** **** situations.

    I applied for a ** ****. Paid $1,000 service fee. Never received email instructions. Could not even send my passport *** processing as never received shipping label. And that is that. I never went to **. The *** has been sending me auto-emails for the last 3 months asking if I want to withdraw my application. I keep saying yes, and want my money back. No response. Then another email asking me the same question again....

    I truly hope that BBB manages to find ways to find this company contacts and do something with them. This should disallowed to operate in *******.
