  Weve used our apartment with 3 months with Keybee, not that only we have more work and nightmare of the client that they get., also break things & threaten to sued us. When we first started, we be asked that we dont want any leads under $100/a night(fully furnished & all inclusive). Theyve started being rude on ****** messaging to customer and lowered our nights to $56. After paying them 12% co hosting and decide want to raise to 18%. We terminate our contract with them after a crazy customer threaten us & said we know where your place is. ?????????

  I am incredibly pleased with this short-term rental management company! They've taken the stress out of managing my property, handling every booking and maintenance issue with utter proficiency. And the quality of tenants they've brought in has been truly impressive. One thing to note: their cleaning services do come at a higher price. These cleaners are absolute pros and are seasoned with the specifics of short-term rentals. They leave the property spotless and ready for the next guest every single time. This little extra cost adds such value to my rentals and I see it reflected in the positive feedback from my tenants. Overall, I am so thrilled with their service. It's clear that they go the extra mile to maintain high standards. A resounding 5 stars from me!

  This short-term rental management company has really shown their worth. They handle bookings and maintenance effectively, and consistently attract top-notch tenants. My only suggestion for improvement is their capability to work with external platforms like Expedia. Expanding to more platforms would be a great step forward. Despite this, they've earned a well-deserved 5 stars.

  Theyre the worst hosting company Ive ever had. They were completely unprofessional from start to end. They dont actually want to do the hosting, everytime theres an issue they expect you to solve it for them. They make money off cleaning by charging double the amount the cleaner makes and pocketing the other half. They took all my brand new sheets and towels and replaced them with old discoloured ones with holes! When I asked for my linen back they ignored me. They lost most of my keys and didnt take reponsibilty. When I terminated their services they locked all my keys in the apartment so I had no way of getting in (when I told them to leave it in the lockbox) and it took me a week to get a locksmith in to break open and change the locks. They have access to your credit card so charge you without telling you constantly. Lastly, if this service is for ****** absolutely dont do it because you will get taxed for their high cleaning bills and hosting fees and wont be able to offset expenses. Do yourself a favour and stay right away!

  I gotta say, Keybee really knows their stuff when it comes to taking care of my rental property. They're super good at screening tenants and making sure my place stays in tip-top shape, which totally gives me peace of mind. I've been seriously impressed by how on top of scheduling cleanings they are my property's always spotless for new tenants. You can tell they care about keeping things nice for both the property owners and the folks renting. So, if you're looking for a dependable property management team, I'd definitely recommend checking out Keybee. They've been a huge help for me, and I'm sure they'll do a great job for you too!

  I recently had the pleasure of booking a short-term rental with KeyBee, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience.   I used Keybee Hosting for 6 months and in that time I had a terrible experience especially with their cleaning service. Instead of cleaning my house they changed the decor. Instead of arranging my house the way I had it , they took all of my comforters and piled them in the living room in a corner. They failed to put out any of the special amenities I had for my guest. They charged extra to clean the porch and patio but didnt give a refund when they failed to adequately clean my house. I complained but nothing was done. I do not recommend Keybee Hosting.
