  If I could give less than 1 star, I would. At first, Foresight was impressive. The intake forms were extensive, yes, but user friendly, and they got back to me about scheduling my first session within 24 hours. But just over a month into sessions, my therapist told me that she got a new job and needed to leave Foresight. After that session, Foresight never followed up with me about continued care. Almost two weeks later, after billing me for sessions that never happened, I finally started leaving messages and emailing every department I could to try and figure out what was going on. When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me that they didn't have any openings and couldn't accommodate me at this time. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor said that the receptionist would "take my statement for leadership." They didn't even have the decency to have a conversation with me. Not only is it upsetting that they put the onus on the client who had their care stopped cold, but it is incredibly negligent on the part of Foresight to set folks on a path and then not step in when something changes. And to not even have a solution or a place for that client -- how irresponsible! This is people's mental health that they're dealing with. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone in need of attentive care.

  For a company that addressees mental health issues, Foresight was a nightmare for me. 1) A data-mining website requiring private information that should go solely to the therapist (way beyond one's personal mental health info). 2) no direct contact information on website, only general inquiry recorded message, from which i never heard back. 3) though I didn't complete the forms, I was scheduled an appointment without my knowledge, prompting a very annoyed therapist to call me and ask why I wasn't at the appointment. 4) was given a number by the therapist to lodge a complaint, which was ignored despite being told I'd hear back within a couple of days. 5) was then CHARGED for two appointments I didn't receive and had not consented to. There is so much potential damage that can be caused by a company like this when dealing with the mental health of strangers. Avoid at all costs.
