    Direct Line has been nothing but flawless and a huge asset to our company. We have been using them for now about 8 months and from the start we seen the benefits. We are a water district that at times needs to have on call personal contacted due to emergencies. However we also get non emergencies that do not require contact of our staff after hours. This has been such a *********** to have the script they had us make that made the non emergency calls screened so that our operators do not get bothered with basic office things that can wait till we are again open. We highly recommend this company for your answering services needs.

    Have been a client for 10+ years. Direct Line continues to improve their service through technological advancement. They are always on the cutting edge of new software. *** and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and above all, accurate in relaying afterhours information to our customer service people. I would highly recommend them.
