"you guys damage my brand new floor tile in the bathroom broke my toilet tank punch a hole thru the wall into the master bedroom with the saw saw while cutting the metal pipes and never said a word to me stained the floor on the laundry room with the black soot from the pipes I talked to RAFA several times and just giving me the ** you told me that someone was coming to replace the toilet you guys over charged me for this job and robbed me all the old pipes you were supposed to leave them here for recycling by me I am very angry with your company very UNPROPESSIONAL"
