    Timeframe to meet claim resolution was not met. I was not contacted by Payne Richards, however, the response to my inquiry was timely and informative.

    I first got a letter in January 2024 and then another on February 2024 asking for the same information. Now it's May 2024 and when I checked on the claim number, it advised me to file a claim. I already did that. I think there is some kind of scam going on.

    I was very pleased with Payne Richards service as I would never have known there was unclaimed money for me. After submitting the paperwork some months passed before I received the check but when I did I was happy. I am so glad they provided that service.
