            I thought that the money from some stock handled by an agent of ****** ******* was lost, when his office in ******* was closed and we could not get in touch with him.             They had a problem contacting me, but when they did the letter was clear. I went on line printed out the form, filled it out and mailed it in. I called them a couple of times to check the status of my claim and each time the agent was courteous and knowledgeable.
